She uses IFS and Positive Psychology in her coaching. Before coaching and raising her 3 boys, Kim was an educator for 10 years.

She has taught grades one through twelve. Kim has taught Psychology, Law, US History, US Gov’t, and English at the high school level. She is dual-certified in both Social Studies and English. Kim has experience at the administrative level and holds a master's degree in Education.

Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, and three dogs. She loves to travel and relax as well as try any new workout.
